Platform upgrades and expanded educator support have been key focuses, ensuring teachers have the necessary resources and a dependable support system whenever they have questions.

Athlete Signing Day

A Year of Connection Begins

In a live virtual event to kick off the school year, athlete mentors, both new and returning, were paired with their classrooms in real-time. Hosted by3x Olympian Melissa Bishop and 2x Olympic gold medalist Christian Taylor, the event featured a powerful panel of athletes who shared their journeys, challenges and triumphs. The event was an exciting start to the school year, as students and mentors connected, setting the stage for a year of goal-setting, inspiration, and personal growth.

Real-Time Connections

Classroom Champions hosted 222Mentorship LIVE sessions, virtually connectingstudents across North America with their athlete mentors. These dynamic events allowed students to ask qustions, hearing inspiring stories of resilience, and engage directly with their role models. The live sessions brought mentorship to life, transforming athletes from distant figures into relatable, real-life heroes!

Updated Programmatic Features

We enhanced the Classroom Champions Dashboard with new features designed to make the program more interactive, engaging, and connected. One of the biggest additions was Champ Snaps — a quick and easy way for teachers to share real-time classroom moments. Whether it’s a student success or a fun activity, Champ Snaps helps build community and celebrate the journey.We also introduced gamification elements, including badges and unlockable content, to keep students motivated and excited to participate. These playful additions have added a new layer of fun and friendly challenge to the program.All updates were shaped by feedback from educators, helping us create a more responsive and dynamic experience for both teachers and students.

Champions in Action

At the end of the school year, the students were luck enough to be able to watch some of their mentors on the biggest stage of their lives.

From aspiring kids to champions, our athlete mentors proved that dreams can come true. This year, 22 athlete mentors, both past and present, represented their countries at the Olympics and Paralympics in Paris.
